If you change your mind about your purchase, you can cancel your purchase within 14 days. Similarly, if you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please let us know as soon as possible and we can arrange a replacement or refund.

This depends on the item. We aim to despatch orders within three to five working days of placement. All shipping times are dependant on stocking levels and availability.
We will send you an email to let you know once it is ready for you to collect from our Sudbury store. We always endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible, however stock availability can be an issue and if this is the case, we will always email you within 24 hours. You can deliver the item to a different address to the payment card you are paying with. The item of jewellery will be wrapped in Jonathan Lambert packaging however, we are unable to add any personal messaging to your gift. We recommend receiving the item of jewellery yourself and then giving it to the person or sending it to them as a gift.
